Terms and Conditions for Training Class Participants

  1. Participants must complete the payment within 24 hours after registration.

  2. Participants who miss the payment deadline must re-register from the beginning.

  3. Participants who choose the 'Shared Room' option will be grouped with other participants randomly selected by the system based on gender. If participants wish to join with someone they know, they can contact the PIC directly, but this depends on availability and PIC's consideration.

  4. Participants who choose the 'Shared Room' option are expected to register in an even number to be allocated in the same room.

  5. Participants who choose the 'Single Room' option will get their own room. If they want to bring family members to stay, all costs incurred are the responsibility of the participants and not covered by Navix Buana Perdana.

  6. Participants are expected to be punctual during the event.

  7. Participants are expected to be cooperative and follow the directions from the PIC both before and during the event.

  8. If the Training Class includes transportation costs to and from Jakarta, participants must arrive on time at the gathering point specified by the PIC. If participants are late and miss the transportation, the tickets/facilities provided by Navix Buana Perdana will be forfeited. As a result, transportation to the event becomes the full responsibility of the participants, and any costs incurred are not covered by Navix Buana Perdana.

  9. Accommodation (tickets, transport, hotel) determined by the PIC is final and cannot be contested.

  10. If the event is held out of town or abroad, Navix Buana Perdana only provides tickets to and from Jakarta (provided that the class price includes the ticket).

  11. Navix Buana Perdana is responsible for the safety and health of participants during the event.

  12. Participants can request cancellations and name changes through the website with certain conditions.

  13. Participants can change names through the PIC no later than 4 (four) days before the event.

  14. Participants can request cancellations no later than 5 (five) days before the event.

  15. For cancellations and refunds, requests must be submitted no later than 10 (ten) days before the event.

  16. For events that do not include transportation, participant changes can still be made through the PIC, no later than 2 (two) days or 48 hours before the event. If it is less than 48 hours before the event, replacements are not allowed, and payments made cannot be refunded or credited for any reason.

  17. Participant transportation costs are not covered by Navix Buana Perdana unless otherwise stated in the pamphlet or quotation.

  18. Participants who do not attend the event still have to pay in full, will not receive a refund or credit, and will not receive a certificate.
